Shabbatons

Leadership Shabbaton is hosted once a year by Tanger Hillel. A  weekend getaway for Hillel student leaders to relax, celebrate Shabbat and develop leadership skills and exchange ideas with like-minded students. It’s a great way for students to unwind and get involved and experience the Jewish community on campus.

Conferences

  • IAC - The IAC summit brings together a diverse group of thousands of Israeli-Americans, Jewish Americans, and Israelis for critical dialogue, and inspiring sessions as part of an event that shapes the Jewish communal conversation, year after year.   • AIPAC -  The AIPAC Policy Conference is the largest gathering of America's pro-Israel community. The conference is a celebration of the U.S.-Israel partnership and the premier opportunity for every attendee to lobby their Congressional office to advance the U.S.-Israel relationship. Attendees will hear keynote speeches by American and Israeli leaders, attend intimate educational sessions, and be wowed by moving stories of the U.S.-Israel partnerships, Israeli heroism, and groundbreaking Israeli innovations that are changing our world. Black Jewish Summit - Black-Jewish Summit brings students together from various campuses nationwide for a weekend of education, service, and relationship building as they discuss Black-Jewish relations and the impact on campus discourse today. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the challenges and triumphs of Black-Jewish collaborations and discuss ways to bring our communities together on campus.

Jews and Latinos United - Latinos and Jews United (Latinos y Judíos Unidos) was a weekend of exploring identity, personal and community narrative, delving into topics such as hate crime, immigration, and diaspora, and finding shared values for the purpose of coalition building between Latino and Jewish communities on college campuses.
