Explore the many ways to stay connected with Hillel through your favorite websites!
This program provides a unique opportunity for students of every denomination to partner in making a difference in the life of a child. Our student volunteers eat dinner with the children, play games, read stories, and help them wit their homework. Every week, over 30 children, from a local homeless shelter, come to Tanger Hillel at Brooklyn College to take part in the program. Student volunteers range in age, religion, and sexual orientation. This program serves an essential function to the community while providing students with the chance to learn about each other.
Free food is provided for all participants and students.
