Simple Ways To De-stress

Teri Meissner, a Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner, will introduce and explain the basics of Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self-Help and demonstrate Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self-Help exercises that you may practice on your own body. Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient form of Japanese bodywork that can harmonize the body's energy. New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG)
is a nonprofit organization that offers vulnerable New Yorkers the legal help they critically need. NYLAG's mission is to provide free, civil legal services to individuals and families who would otherwise be unable to access legal assistance.
