B'Yachad Camp

B'Yachad Camp will take place the last week of August and is designed to provide 10-day immersive educational experience for high school students.  The camp curriculum is fully designed by camp madrichim with the help of educational advisors and covers topics ranging from Jewish traditions to modern Israeli life.

B’Yachad provides an enormous opportunity for students interested in the field of Jewish education by teaching them facilitation skills, introducing to the dynamics of group work, and many other skills necessary for successful work as madrichim. Potential candidates must be energetic, responsible young people, interested in working with Russian-Jewish teenagers.  This position will require significant time and energy commitment, as well as desire to educate and be educated.

Please take a look at the attached schedule of Madrich training meetings.  The schedule contains topics for each of the meetings as well as tentative agenda for Shabbaton and planning conference in Israel. Each Madrich will be awarded a stipend at the end of the camp of at least $500.
The training begins soon and we will need to screen people prior to the training.
